Autumna is pleased to announce that it has won the Leaders in Care Best Retirement Living Supplier award for 2023.
Debbie Harris, Managing Director of Autumna, picked up the award at a ceremony held on October 10th at the National Conference Centre in Birmingham. Sponsored by Bluebird Care, the award recognised Autumna as a standard-setter in retirement living marketing, helping its customers both with online and over-the-phone support.
“It has been a really enjoyable night,” said Harris, “made even better with the receipt of this award, and I’m really thankful to Care Home Professional and Home Care Insight magazines for organising the event."
“Autumna has always been an innovator in the retirement living sector, but I think this particular award is recognition of the hard work the team has put in to really push the business forward."
“In testing market conditions, they have constantly risen to the challenge - not only helping consumer understanding of the sector, but at the same time giving retirement living operators a return on their investment.”
Recognising the benefits that retirement developments bring the UK’s aging demographic, Autumna promotes them directly to the consumer via popular videos, webinars and blogs.
In addition to its free advice line, Autumna has also developed an online shortlisting tool that enables consumers, at any time of the day and night, to request a shortlist of retirement properties from over 1,800 developments across the UK, including small housing schemes, park homes and luxury villages.
Autumna’s goal is to raise awareness of this often, misunderstood, sector and with over 3000 shortlist requests a month, is giving consumers the key information they need to make the right decisions in their search for the perfect home.
