Debbie Harris, Managing Director of Autumna, has been booked to speak at this year’s UK Care Week where Wellbeing, Technology and Careers in Care will top the agenda.
UK Care Week, which takes place on 22-23 March 2023 at the NEC, Birmingham absorbs past healthcare brands (Dementia, Care & Nursing Home Expo and the Home Care Expo) into an event that is inclusive to the whole care industry. The event will unite the care community to address the challenges in social care, celebrate the talent of care professionals & hold a collective voice for change.
The CPD accredited programme will focus on a range of expert topic areas within the field of social care, all of which will be featured within new theatres for 2023. The revamped programme includes digital & technology, workforce & recruitment, business & facilities and domiciliary & person-centred care. Visitors will have the opportunity to hear from leading experts in the sector who will address the challenges that service providers and users are facing and learn about the work that is being done to provide solutions. The programme will also include valuable insight from people with lived experience.
Joining Autumna’s Debbie Harris in speaking at the event, will be other influential leaders including, Professor Martin Green, Chief Executive, Care England, Jayne Connery, Director/Founder, Care Campaign for the Vulnerable, Anthony Snape, Director of Technology for CQC, Amrit Dhaliwal, CEO of Walfinch Care Homes, Kerry Southern-Reason, Managing Director of The Care Home Interiors Company and Lucy Buxton, Nurse and NLP Trainer/Coach, LjB Coach Consultancy ltd.
