Meet The Manager

Rebecca Kimber is The Registered Manager at Care Sante Kent.

Welcome to Care Sante Kent.

We deliver truly life changing care at home to vulnerable adults of all ages. We work with customers with physical, cognitive and mental health challenges, following brain injuries, and long-term or life-limiting diagnoses like dementia and cancer. We offer short- and long-term support including respite and reablement, palliative and end-of-life care and live-in care to help people live as well and independently as possible in their own homes. Every customer’s care is tailored to their specific needs and preferences. Our goal is for our customers to live full, satisfying lives and achieve whatever it is that matters to them most.

If you choose to invite us to support you, you can expect a warm, friendly approach and exceptional care from a carefully selected team of care professionals who will take a real interest in you and put their all into helping you achieve the best possible quality of life. You'll be involved every step of the way when it comes to planning your care and support. We'll take our instruction from you and ensure you're choices are reflected in your care plan. We embrace individuality, so you'll find you're treated with the utmost dignity and respect. We're keen to involve other key people  in you care and support with your permission. We work closely with other health professionals and support agencies to ensure you benefit from a joined up and complementary approach. Your family and friends are considered our equal partners when it comes to supporting you. Your nominated representatives can join you for support assessment and in care planning sessions, and we'll make sure we're in regular communication with them (with your permission, of course). You'll be assigned a Care Coordinator who'll be responsible for arranging your care and support and your first point of contact. They'll go out of their way to get to know you and your family so that they can confidently discuss your care with you and will be in touch regularly to make sure things are going well. Our excellent online Family Portal proves really useful for sharing your visit schedules, letting you know which of your care team will be attending to you at each visit and sending messages.

We'd love to chat to you about your needs and answer any questions you may have for us, so do please get in touch.
