"My name is Laura and I have been the Manager at Eversleigh Nursing Home since June 2021.

I would love to welcome you to our home to show you the beautiful surroundings and answer any potential queries you may have.

I know that choosing a care home for a loved one can be a daunting, anxious time and I’d like to reassure you that my staff and I are always here to help you in making that transition as seamless and stress-free both for you and your loved ones.

We are very proud of the high standard of personal, loving care we provide to all our residents and this is reflected in the many positive comments we receive from residents’ families and friends. We are currently accredited with Investors in People and the Gold Standard Framework. Our Building and Facilities

Eversleigh is a Victorian property furnished in a regal style in keeping with a period property. We take great pride in the accommodation offered.

The Nursing home has been recently refurbished to a high standard in a classic style offering very homely and beautifully decorated accommodation. At Eversleigh we continually strive to maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and encourage residents to personalise their bedrooms with familiar, favourite belongings.

There are two lounges and one dining room for communal use. There are two beautifully decorated drawing rooms offering a choice of comfortable armchairs and recliners to accommodate the differing needs of our residents. We have a stylish dining room where residents can enjoy our fresh home-cooked food, although if preferred, meals can be taken in residents’ own rooms whenever they wish.

Residents regularly participate in singalongs with visiting musical entertainers. Additionally, staff make efforts to accommodate residents' specific hobbies. For instance, one resident who enjoys heavy metal music was supported in attending an event at a local pub.
