The Importance Of Meal Times

Featherbed Care's Carers prepare and cook meals that the client chooses. Some clients like to prepare their own meals, and our carers will be on hand to assist if required. Our carers understand that a balanced, nutritious diet is essential to maintaining health and well-being. They will prepare meals for their clients, considering their likes, dislikes, and cultural needs.

A carer's food is usually added to the client's weekly food shop, or if preferred, the client can offer the carer a reasonable weekly food allowance. The carer normally eats with the client unless the client prefers otherwise.

We have carers who drive and have their own cars, or if you prefer them to drive yours, that is not a problem.
