Tia Wozniak is Manager at Four Acres.

I started working in care at the age of 18 and have worked within the sector and care homes ever since. I started as a care assistant and have worked my way up through the job roles. I have been a Home Manager since 2022 and thoroughly enjoy working with my team to provide the best quality person-centred care possible to all our residents. At Four Acres we treat everyone as an individual and aim to make every day count. Please feel free to contact me and come and look around our lovely home.
