Michelle Garland is The Home Manager at Gedling Village Care Home.
My name is Michelle Garland and I have worked in care for 23 years. I have worked with Pearlcare at Gedling Village Care Home for the last 8 years. I started as an administrator, and I completed my NVQ level 2 in business management. I was promoted to deputy manager in September 2021 and became the manager in May 2022.Throughout my 23 years of experience in care, I have worked within nursing, residential, dementia and worked on EMI units.
