Meet The Manager

Hayley Rix is Home Manager at Gildawood Court.

I have over 15 years experience in the care sector. I first started as a support worker for adults with learning disabilities then became a CQC registered manager. Since then, I have managed various care settings including domiciliary, supported living, residential and also nursing before Gildawood Court.

I enjoy the variety which each day brings at a care home. It is my responsibility to ensure that our residents receive the best care possible, that they are listened to and that their needs are met.

It is also really important that my staff are supported in their role to assist our residents. It is a team effort and we all need to be working together to ensure the development of the home is the best it can be for its residents, relatives and staff.
