Meet The Manager

Jodie Chatters is Registered Manager at Greenwood Homecare Peterborough.

Jodie oversees the day to day running of the branch, leads and supports staff in the team and manages business development.

She has a keen interest in training and is a Level 3 qualified trainer and assessor. She runs weekly workshops for carers on various aspects of their role, from communication to end of life care. She also invites experts in to speak to staff and answer their questions.

Jodie’s career in care began with supporting people with learning disabilities and has seen her take on roles in residential homes and private care. When her personal life took her to Peterborough, Jodie joined Greenwood as a care supervisor and worked her way up to Registered Manager.
