Dawn is the Deputy Manager for the home and has over 30 years experience in dementia care and end of life. She is very person centred in her approach and ensures the residents feel cared for and are enjoying life.
Dawn is working hard to create exciting new developments for the home such as a new reading area and community links.
Grove Lodge is a quiet, homely bungalow that caters for a wide range of care needs including mental health and older age related conditions. The home and it's staff are very person centred and encourage independence. The manager has over 30 years experience in dementia care and end of life and the homes ethos is that moving into a home is a new adventure and journey in someone's life.
The home has a beautiful garden and is close to the local shops and community. New community links are being built and a varied activities schedule is run at the home including therapy dogs and other animals and arm chair exercises.
