Meet The Manager

Nicola Delves is Registered Manager at Harpwood Care Home.

I have worked in care since 2010 initially as a domiciliary carer, eventually progressing to Registered Manager, I absolutely love my job, my residents, staff and the home and consider myself very privileged to be part of the Harpwood family.

I have a particular interest in the use of technology to improve resident experience and can talk for hours about the subject, outside of my role I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening and taking care of my menagerie of pets.

Set in four acres of grounds, Harpwood Residential Care Home sets the standards by which you will judge other homes.

For over a decade Harpwood has been providing quality residential care for the elderly in a homely, safe and secure environment without compromising their independence and dignity.

Our experienced well trained qualified staff ensure every resident at Harpwood will find everyday life very much like any other community encompassing respect, privacy, dignity, kindness, compassion and the opportunity to interact with their own peer group.

Equality diversity and human rights are the basic principles that govern the way we provide service at Harpwood.
