Mariana is thrilled to be the Home Manager at High Meadows Care Home. With over 12 years of experience in nursing care, Mariana has had the privilege of leading teams to transform homes with challenging ratings into successful, high-quality environments.
At High Meadows, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional, person-centered care that goes beyond meeting physical needs. We focus on the emotional and social well-being of every resident, creating a supportive and family-like atmosphere where everyone feels valued and respected. Our team is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of care, and Mariana is excited to lead this journey as we continue to make a positive difference in the lives of those we care for.
High Meadows has been developed by a group of experienced GPs and hospital consultants with a passion to provide you with an exceptional, personalised, luxury, care service.
We're absolutely committed to making this your home away from home by giving you the freedom to live exactly how you wish, to make your own choices regarding the services you receive, and to guide what we offer.
The Care Manager will be on hand to provide whatever you need, supported by an excellent team of nurses, as well as care and support staff. They will deliver an individual care plan that completely meets your clinical, social, and well-being needs.
