Meet The Manager

Carol Tubby is Care Home Manager at Hatfield Haven.

Carol is our home manager of 8 years and has many years of experience within the care sector. Her previous role was in a 58-bed care home where she was the home manager and worked in that role for 14 years. She started as a carer and has worked her way up through the ranks. She is knowledgeable, approachable and caring. She has been with Hatfield Haven for eight years now and we are very privileged to have her running the home.

Carol Tubby

Hatfield Haven is our residential dementia care home set in a quiet village of Hatfield Heath near Bishops Stortford, and yet in easy access of the M11.

We have 25 beautifully appointed rooms all with ensuite and many with wet rooms.

We always have appropriate numbers of trained carers to address our residents' needs and staffing is constantly reviewed to respond to the changes. We believe that specialist training is key to the delivery of a high standard of care, and our staff receive regular training from external trainers.
