What we're doing to keep residents & visitors safe | ||
---|---|---|
During these uncertain times, our team at Serencroft Care Homes is working tirelessly to ensure that our homes and your loved ones are safe, supported and can continue to enjoy friendship and family. We are working closely with the healthcare community to ensure that all of our care homes follow COVID-19 best practices and guidelines. We are all in this together and know that these past few months have been so difficult for families and we are here to support you every step of the way. We are pleased to announce that shortly we will be introducing LFD testing in our homes to facilitate rapid results that will help us to keep our Residents, staff and visitors safe. LFD is a new technology which enables rapid display of COVID-19 test results within 20-30 minutes and does not require a lab to process. The LFD tests can be self-administered via nasal and throat swabs similar to the current PCR tests. |
