Shabana is Home Manager at Hill House Nursing Home.
I’m Shabana the manager at Hill House Nursing Home. I have a combined experience of 23 years in nursing and care management both in the UK and overseas. My values and passions have been consistent from the start. I pride myself on the quality and high standard of care with a person- centred approach based on each individual resident by creating and supporting a homely and warm atmosphere where residents feel safe and well cared for. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time so far at Hill House especially due to the friendliness and resilience of the staff and the warmth of the residents which I believe is a truly special place to live and work.
Hill House is a friendly and happy family run nursing home specialising in nursing, dementia care, elderly and palliative care. The home is rated Outstanding for Care and Good overall by CQC.
