These standards are widely acknowledged as providing the best environment for people living with dementia. Stirling’s Dementia Services Development Centre is renowned as the world leader in this field. Using the Stirling approach, we can ensure that residents can move freely around the home. Bedrooms and communal areas are appropriately laid out and clearly signposted to minimise confusion or disorientation. |
