Meet The Manager
Sophie Borer is Care Manager at Home Instead Wandsworth, Lambeth & Dulwich.
My name is Sophie Borer I have over 25 years of care and management experience, working for both the supported housing sector, as well as community care providers. I took up the role of Care Manager because I thoroughly enjoy working in the care sector and delivering high quality services that meet the needs of both our clients and CAREGivers. What makes working at Home Instead so rewarding is hearing such positive client feedback and how the CAREGivers are making such a huge difference to the lives of those they support. My qualifications include an NVQ level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social care, BA Hons in Social Science and a Diploma in Midwifery!
