Huntercombe Hall is well equipped to provide residential support for elderly people living with different types of dementia including Alzheimer’s disease, vascular dementia and Korsakoff’s syndrome.
Our compassionate care team never loses sight of the fact that Huntercombe Hall is our residents’ home. Our home is spacious and bright, with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We encourage residents to bring important personal possessions to personalise their rooms and make the space their own.
Huntercombe Hall has a unique and varied history. It played a significant role during the Second World War, hosting Rudolph Hess and being visited by Winston Churchill on several occasions.
The Hall’s historic character has been carefully preserved following its conversion into a care home. In addition to our beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms, residents can relax in the stunning panelled library and dining room or enjoy views of the gardens from the bright and airy conservatory.
Our home is fully registered with the Care Quality Commission and Hospitality Assured accreditation.
