Claire Sherwood is Manager at Hythe Nursing Home.

Claire has been a Home Manager for 6 years and has worked in Social Care for 15 years.  Claire has previously worked closely with Skills for Care and co-chaired the Registered Managers Networks and is qualified as an Infection Protection & Control Link Practitioner.

Claires goal is to create an outstanding home with empowered staff, delivering person centred care.  The aim is to ensure all residents enjoy a meaningful, safe, and relaxing experience in the home. Staff and residents’ well-being is an absolute priority.

Claire champions safe, effective, well led, caring and responsive care in line with Care Quality Commission regulations and standards.

The home overlooks Hythe town with stunning sea views, landscaped gardens, and a wonderful terrace for our residents to relax on.
