At Abbot Care Centre we have two Activity Coordinators who discuss hobbies and interests with the people who live in the home. They organize group activities and outings and ensure items are available to provide meaningful activity. A full programme of events is displayed clearly in each unit. The local community plays a vital role ensuring people keep in touch with their local area. For example visits from local places of worship and schools. We like to celebrate special occasions at Abbot, for example, Birthdays, Christmas, Easter, Halloween, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. |
