Our parent company, Dr Louise May Ltd. has been providing Nursing and Home Care Services in Liverpool and Wirral since 2013.
After 10 years as a Registered Nurse in the NHS and 18 years teaching nursing in Universities, Louise and her husband, Colm Byrne, also a Registered Nurse, started a Nursing Agency to supply quality nursing staff to the Care Home sector. A year later they opened the Home Care Business and registered this with the Care Quality Commission.
With a combined total of 88 years of nursing, nursing research, teaching and social work experience, they have made the company a success and taken it to its current, highly respected position.
We have recently changed our trading name to “Crystal Care” to refresh our branding and re-launch ourselves in this very busy and competitive market.
However, most of our Nurses, Health Care Assistants and Home Carers have been with the company for several years and provide our clients with a very stable, reliable, and consistent service.
