Monika Gilice is Registered Care Manager at Kestrel Grove Care Home.
"I have been working for Kestrel Grove as a manager since 2012. I call Kestrel Grove my home not only because I live on-site with my small family but because I truly feel this place is my home. I worked here prior to my appointment as a deputy manager, and I always knew I would be back one day. I qualified as a nurse in Hungary and moved to the UK in 2004. I gained extensive experience in elderly dementia care as well as palliative care. I lead the team of nurses here at Kestrel Grove to provide the best possible care from basic nursing to complex care needs."
Kestrel Grove Care Home in Bushey Heath is a grand mansion house set within five acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, where traditional elegance, luxury, and outstanding care go hand-in-hand. The principal mansion was formerly the headquarters of Fighter Command at Stanmore and still has an impressive reception hall with ornate balustrades and a domed skylight.
Offering premium nursing, residential, dementia, and respite care for up to 60 residents, Kestrel Grove is a true home away from home for our residents. Our dedicated staff truly go above and beyond to ensure that every day offers comfort, companionship, and a variety of activities and entertainment to suit every taste.
We look forward to welcoming you to the home and showing you and your family the facilities we offer.
