Meet The Manager

Artur Adamski is Home Manager at Kippingtons Nursing Home.

I’m committed to ensuring that our residents receive consistent high-quality care and I am actively looking to strengthen community bonds, recognising the significance of building meaningful relationships.

I believe in working closely with residents, their families and friends and colleagues to achieve a warm, friendly and homely place to live and work. I love spending time with the residents and listening to their life stories; I have learned a lot from their wisdom over the years.

My ethos in my role is that with great teamwork and collaboration, we can achieve anything for our residents and their families, and every single colleague contributes to the success of the home.

At Kippingtons Nursing Home in Sevenoaks we provide residential and nursing care for up to 50 elderly people.

Our outstanding and passionate Care Team at Kippingtons are committed to providing the highest standards of care. We offer a full range of nursing care support – including trial stays, short-stay breaks and convalescent care.

We work to the nationally accredited Gold Standard Framework in palliative care at Kippingtons, ensuring the very highest standard of care during a person’s last days. This enables residents to remain in their care home, rather than having to relocate to a hospital or a hospice at such a difficult time.

We operate an open visiting policy at Kippingtons, where friends and family may visit at the times that are most convenient for them.
