Hello, my name is Joe Patterson and I am the Home Manager at Lancaster Court. I have worked in the care industry for 23 years and have managed Care and Nursing homes for 21 years. I have recently joined the Runwood family and look forward to many years here at Lancaster Court. Our residents are the heart and soul of everything we do here, we are passionate about providing high-quality care and support every day. Welcome to Lancaster Court, Situated in Watford, Hertfordshire, our 65-bed residential care, nursing care and dementia care home offers person-centred care and an established community for our residents to thrive. At Lancaster Court we place a real emphasis on celebrating the lives of every one of our residents.

We strive to create a homely environment at Lancaster Court, and we provide all the comforts of good food, good company and friendly staff, in a calm and restful atmosphere. The home has excellent amenities, including comfortable lounges in which residents can relax. In addition, we have a dedicated area for dementia care, designed to enable those we care for to maintain their independence in a safe environment.

We now have a themed tea room at Lancaster Court, designed to enable residents, families and friends to meet in a relaxing, old-fashioned tea room environment, and enjoy a day out experience without leaving the home.
