Jo has 30 years experience in the care industry, operations, home management and director experience. Jo has 7 pugs who she adores, she likes oil painting in her spare time and lives in the countryside.
Lime Tree House is a residential care home, offering gorgeous views out across the delightful village of Ringmer, East Sussex. It’s close proximity to the historic and popular cobble-stone streets of Lewes, makes its an ideal spot for your new home.
Our sunny home in Ringmer has 30 rooms, all with en-suite facilities. There is a ground and first floor, accessible via the passenger lift, giving residents full access to the home. Every room is fully furnished and there is the added option to personalise your space and have your own decor and furniture.

Lime Tree has two lounge areas where residents can socialise, enjoy activities and entertainment and relax. One leads into the large garden via wood decking. Guests are always welcome to spend time with their relatives here. |

At Southcare Homes, we encourage involvement in activities wherever possible. Whether that’s a spot of gardening, or an afternoon dance! It’s important to us that our residents feel happy and valued and that’s why we do our utmost to make our activities personal to our residents, providing social and leisure activities that are meaningful and reminiscent of times gone by. We even encourage our residents to suggest ideas for activities. Our homes provide activities every day of the week. These include sing-a-longs, arts & crafts, baking, armchair exercises, Bingo, board games, musicians, magicians, singers, summer garden parties with barbecues and visits to the seaside. Of course, there’s no obligation to join in, it’s purely up to each resident. |
