Meet The Manager
Patricia Napier is Home Manager at Little Court Care Home.
I am committed to working with the residents, their loved ones and the entire team to help provide the best environment and highest standard of care possible.
I have worked in healthcare for over a decade and have been a registered nurse since 2007, working in palliative and pneumology care. I have been part of the MG Homes team since 2014.
I draw on my knowledge and experience to provide clinical support to both residents and staff in order to deliver the best person-centered care to those we support.
Little Court offers a relaxing and comfortable care home in a beautiful and tranquil setting.
Set in the picturesque village of Speldhurst just a few minutes drive from Tunbridge Wells. Here you can take a stroll down country lanes or pop into the village pub with your visitors. We are just a short drive from the centre of Tunbridge Wells, within easy reach of the town’s amenities.
