Meet The Manager

Baljinder Kaur is Manager at Meadow's Court Care Home.

Baljinder has been the Registered Manager at Meadows Court care home since January 2023 having worked in the Health and Social Care Sector for over 10 years.  Having a passion for working with the elderly, she strives to promote the safety, health, and wellbeing of all of the home's service users. Over the years she has gained many qualifications such as Under Graduation Degree gaining BA (hons) along with NVQ 2 and 3 in Health Social Care.

At Meadows Court care home in Aylestone, Leicester, we continually strive to provide a consistently high-quality service and experience. We pride ourselves on the quality of our catering. Our chef uses fresh, seasonal ingredients in the preparation of all meals.


The care we provide is ideal for older people who need additional care and support but enjoy a community environment.


The fully trained caregivers assist residents in daily living, activities, and engaging programming. Residents feel safe knowing that our caregivers are caring, helpful and loving people who aim to provide excellence in their service.

Meadows Court Care Home provides residential care for up to 60 older people (male and female) with increasing mental and physical frailty and varying mental and physical disabilities.
