At Meadows Court Care Home we continually strive to provide a consistent and high-quality service and experience. We pride ourselves on the quality of our catering, with the chef preparing meals daily from fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Our care we provide is ideal for the elderly who would benefit from the additional care and support, whilst providing a community environment.
The fully trained care givers assist residents in daily living, activities, and engaging programming. Residents can feel safe knowing that our caregivers are caring, helpful and loving people who aim to provide excellence in their service.
