Paul Carr is Registered Manager at Midland Care Support & Enablement Ltd.
Paul started in this industry in 1997. His aim has always been the same in that the team must deliver care that they would expect their own family to receive.
The Office Team are all made up of staff who started with the company as carers.
MCSE exists to bridge the gap between what’s promised and what’s physically delivered.
For us, it’s ALL about communication. If we establish what people’s expectations are, we can communicate what’s possible and construct a package of care/support that actually tries to meet people’s needs by listening to what they actually want.
