Acton Care Centre in West London is a purpose-built care home that offers first-class, sensitive general and dementia care for residents over 65.
Set on the site of the old hospital, with beautiful landscaped gardens, each one of its residents enjoys unique, personalised care, built around them and designed to make their stay with us as enjoyable and fulfilling as possible.
Visit Acton Care Centre, and you’ll find a wide range of facilities on offer, including hairdressing, chiropody, dental/eye care, and a host of social activities to keep our residents busy. Of course, the best way to see the superb care and wonderful facilities we offer is to visit for yourself, meet our care team, and see why we believe we are uniquely placed to deliver graceful, caring living.
Caring for a loved one or close friend can be a very rewarding experience, but it can also be very challenging and stressful. Our team of trained professionals can offer you as much or as little support as you need, whether that’s for a few days, a family holiday, or a long-term solution.
To us, every resident is an individual. Each has his or her own life story. Each has their own likes and dislikes. Each has their own way of living. All of our residents at Acton Care Centre enjoy their own care plan, tailored specifically for them. This allows us to build their care around their preferences, lifestyles and routines. It’s all part of our philosophy to see the person for who they are, not masked by age or condition. This genuinely caring, person-centred approach drives everything we do.
