Meet The Manager

Stacey Roblin is Home Manager at Mill House.

"I take a lot of pleasure in seeing the people that we care for form friendships, enjoy activities and their day, and enjoy the warm atmosphere throughout our home.

I had worked in care since I was 18 when I started as a care assistant. It was important to me to develop my skills, so I enrolled in an adult nursing university degree, which I did while working. After working as a qualified nurse, I then got the opportunity to become clinical deputy manager at another home, which led to my progression to home manager two years later. Family life makes me who I am; having their love and support enables me to extend my family values to Mill House."
