Kemisha’s career in care began in 2010 as a team leader while working as a childcare assistant. Over the years, she transitioned to roles of increasing responsibility, including senior carer and care co-ordinator at various facilities, prior to her most recent role as Deputy Manager at Woodbury Manor. Kemisha’s journey in care demonstrates her strong dedication and growth within the field. With a solid foundation, her career path reflects her commitment to leadership and excellence in care.

Her aspiration to continue growing as a leader shows her focus on providing high-quality care for those she serves as Manager of Minchenden Lodge.

Minchenden Lodge was originally built by the Earl of Chandos and is featured in the ‘History of Southgate’, a borough of North London. Queen Victoria and Prince Albert stayed there when opening the Colney Hatch Hospital and of later times Minchenden Lodge was converted.

Minchenden Lodge is registered for 25 residents and is about 3 minutes walk from Southgate Circus on the Piccadilly tube line and is ideally situated for local shopping and all amenities.
