Newgate Lodge is a thrilling chapter in my career. Newgate Lodge Care Home is a residential home situated in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire which supports elderly residents with day to day care. The home is ideally located close to the town centre with good bus, rail and road links to ensure loved ones can conveniently visit anytime. Newgate is also only a short journey to the picturesque settings of Newstead Abbey and Sherwood Forest.
Newgate is registered to provide Residential and Dementia care for 60 older persons. We have been awarded the Dementia Quality Mark and our CQC rating is “GOOD” with good achieved in all 5 inspection areas. The home has a warm family atmosphere as well as excellent outdoor and indoor facilities

Newgate Lodge Care Home is a purpose built 60-bed, all ensuite, residential home providing day to day support for elderly residents. This home is designed to accommodate those needing a lower level of care as well as residents with dementia. We are currently renovating a third lounge inside the home. We have just completed two new lounges and serveries in March 2023. Get in touch to book a visit! |

Inside the home we have 60 en-suite rooms, many with shower facilities. The assisted bathrooms are equipped with mechanical powered (Arjo and Parker) Baths, with completely separate showering facilities (wet rooms). |
