With empowering, sensitive care and companionship from Noble Live-in Care, you can live a fulfilling, independent life in your own home, out socially, at college or work, or even on holiday!

Noble Live-in Care offers a lifeline to people across the UK. Our outstanding, highly-trained Live-in Care Workers support older adults, (and all adults ages 18+) with a wide range of health conditions, physical and learning disabilities and life-limiting diagnoses.

Whether you are looking for long-term care; short-term support following an illness, injury or hospital stay; respite care; palliative care; or end-of-life care, we can help.

We offer live-in care as a fully managed service. You'll work with your assigned Care Manager to create your unique support plan and we'll match you with a Live-in Care Worker who meets your needs and suits your lifestyle. An introductory agency's involvement typically ends there, but with Noble, we'll deal with your Live-in Care Worker's employment, pay and training throughout your time with us to take that burden from you. We'll monitor your care to ensure it continues to meet your needs and that you experience excellent quality and satisfaction. Our managed service will offer you and your family total peace of mind.

Your Care Manager and Live-in Care Worker will pull out all the stops to enable you to live life your way and achieve your goals and ambitions. They'll discreetly support you with personal care and to manage health conditions so that you can get on with your day.

Our team is trained to support you with medical devices including stoma, catheter and covene care. We can also support with Peg, and assistive equipment and technology. We can also support you with everything from cooking and housework, to getting out and enjoying an active social life.

With Noble, you will get the undivided attention you deserve from your Live-in Care Worker and as much support as you need, whenever you need it, 24/7. Imagine the possibilities!

Autumna has invited care providers to evidence the infection control measures they are carrying out, above and beyond those laid out by the government, in order to keep residents, staff and visitors safe.

What we're doing to keep residents & visitors safe

Live-in care is one of the safest options when it comes to infection control.

Noble Live-in Care has thorough infection control policies in place.

Our Live-in Care Workers complete comprehensive infection control training and are equipped with the correct protective equipment (PPE) for the care they are providing, compliant with UK Government instruction.

Your Live-in Care Worker will be solely dedicated to your care and will live with you as a member of your household. This significantly reduces their interaction with other people and therefore the risk of infecting you.

We provide all Live-in Care workers with Covid-19 tests which they complete routinely each week to ensure that they are free from infection. Live-in Care Workers can be tested and declared virus free prior to beginning their placement with you.

The Covid-19 vaccination programme is now underway in the UK. Our staff have all be invited for their vaccination to further protect you from the virus.
