What we're doing to keep residents & visitors safe

Sandstone Care Group are working closely with Public Health, Local Authorities, and the Care Quality Commission to implement all guidelines regarding the coronavirus pandemic.

We carefully follow guidance from Public Health England and Wales combined with the Care Quality Commission, Care Inspectorate Wales and the Local Authority for information. Residents and families are kept up to date through regular contact with our home managers. Our staff have all received the relevant specialist training on infection control. Our homes have increased the frequency of sanitation including high frequency touchpoints.

Our housekeepers have received additional training and guidance and, along with their existing cleaning schedules, using commercial grade quality cleaning products, they will continue to keep our homes clean and safe. Staff arrive in their own clothes and change into a clean uniform on site.
