Sandy Belton is Home Manager at Offington Park Care Home.
Sandy is thrilled to have recently taken on the role of Manager at Offington. This marks an exciting new chapter in her 24-year career in care. She began as a Care Assistant and has worked hard over the years to learn best practices, ensuring that residents receive the highest standard of care and that staff feel supported and valued. Sandy's commitment to care comes from a deeply personal place—she believes in treating every resident with the same level of care and compassion she would want for her own family members. Outside of work, she enjoys attending car shows and has a real passion for all things Disney. Sandy is looking forward to leading Offington Park into its new chapter and can't wait to invite everyone to the next community event.
Offington is a quiet and inviting home nestled in a beautiful residential area of Worthing. It is a refreshing change from the large "hotel" style homes which are becoming the mainstay of care homes, with only 23 beds and a small loyal staff team, making it feel much more like a home.
Offington benefits from fresh homemade food using local ingredients, strong links with the local health services, a full time activity coordinator with bespoke activity plans and much more.
Whether you need a respite stay or permanent care, Offington will provide a warm, welcoming home with lots to do, caring staff, great food and support to remain as independent as possible, for as long as possible.
