Helen Lacey is Home Director at Pine Martin Grange.
I have worked in healthcare for the last 10 years. When I decided to return to work full time as my children got older, I gravitated towards residential care – I had hugely enjoyed working with my elderly patients in my phlebotomy clinic and wanted to continue in a role where I had this contact.
I worked for a provider initially as a Home Services Advisor, progressing to a regional role. I then made the transition into care home management 4 years ago and haven’t looked back.
I have managed both nursing and residential homes in Dorset, most recently commissioning a brand new service. I am delighted to join the Dormy Care team and being part of a team that puts the daily experience and ongoing quality of life of our ladies and gentlemen at the heart of all it does.
I have a BSc (Hons) in Management and an NVQ Level 5 in Operations Management. Outside of work I am a mum of 2 boys, keen swimmer and yoga practitioner.
A warm welcome to our award-winning luxury care home in Wareham, Pine Martin Grange! What a better place to live than on the edge of this pretty riverside town with easy access to so many coastal towns and places to explore nearby.
