Anita Message is Registered Manager at Alfriston Court Care Home.
Anita has worked at Alfriston Court as a Registered Nurse for over 5 years. She qualified in 1986 as a Registered General Nurse and in 1989 as a Registered Midwife.
Anita has 3 daughters and has lived in Sussex all her life. After spending many years out of nursing whilst raising a family and caring for parents, Anita has returned to the profession. Care of the Elderly is her passion and feels absolutely privileged to be part of this very special Care Home, within the beautiful village of Alfriston. Every member of staff has been hand-picked and each brings unique qualities, skills and strengths to the wonderful Team that we are.
Anita refers to all staff as The Alfriston Family and lives by the motto “If you are lucky enough to find a job you love, you’ll never have to work again”.
Stunningly situated on the edge of the historic and picturesque village of Alfriston where the heart of the village is only a stroll away, this exceptionally spacious Edwardian-style 1905 country house commands outstanding views across 4 acres of beautiful lawns and gardens and of the countryside beyond. The Home has been recently refurbished in the Communal Rooms and Bedrooms. There are elegant private entertaining spaces for residents and families and beautiful outdoor areas to enjoy afternoon Tea.
