Remi Rotimi is Registered Manager at Alpha Health and Care.
With over 20 years of experience in social care, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds. My journey has been driven by a deep passion for care, rooted in empathy and a commitment to understanding each person’s unique needs. I strive to make a positive difference in people’s lives by promoting well-being and fostering independence within the community.
Throughout my career as a social worker, I have gained extensive knowledge in enhancing individuals’ well-being and understanding their specific needs. I assist those who require support to live comfortably and independently, helping them remain in the community while ensuring the safety and quality of life whilst providing high-quality, individualised support. Our aim at Alpha Health and Care is to ensure that every person we support receives attentive, thoughtful care that genuinely meets their needs and promotes their independence.
Founded in 2017, Alpha Health and Care, based in Southend-on-Sea, is a family-run home care agency dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to your loved ones. Alpha Health and Care Services Ltd supports adults with mental health needs and services for older people. We provide Supported Living Services and Day Services for Lewisham Social Services. Our services include floating support, waking night, befriending/companionship, live-in care, structured weekly leisure and social activities, medication administration, crisis intervention packages, and support planning &and brokerage services for clients on individual budgets.
