Meet The Manager

Tom Boarder is Village Manager at Richmond Villages Northampton Care Home.

I have been with Richmond Villages for five years having previously worked at Richmond Villages Bede. I am thrilled to now have the position as Village Manager at Northampton, and I am looking forward to establishing an open relationship with all our residents and their families and to ensure we continue delivering outstanding care throughout the village.

Our 30 bed care home is a bright and beautifully presented environment with professionally designed interiors. Corridors and communal areas are wide and spacious making this a lovely place to reside and spend time as a family member or guest. We have two wings of the home, Meadows for residents living with dementia, and Woodlands for the frail and elderly with nursing care needs.

What we're doing to keep residents & visitors safe

We are working within the government guidelines to help protect our staff and clients.

Infection Control Initiatives in place
safe-tick Infection Control Training Our staff are trained to use measures which prevent and control infections.
safe-tick Virus Testing We are testing for viral infection when symptoms present within our care setting.
Connectivity for resident testing, monitoring & communications

Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant.
