Tracy Dankert is Registered Manager at Right at Home Medway.
I grew up in Buckinghamshire and moved to Kent in 1984 when I joined the Police Force as a Police Officer, being posted to Gravesend. After leaving the Police Force I worked in security at Harrods, and House of Fraser before leaving to run a Business Centre in Dartford. I was approached by the Franchise owners of Prestige Nursing to become their Registered manager for 15 years working in various areas, from elderly care, complex care, Autism and children. I then moved to Rosemont Care in Medway for 3 years before joining Right at Home in November 2021. I have achieved my NVQ 4 and 5 as well as a degree in Health and Social Care. When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and 2 cats, Mylo and Felix as well as being the 4th official for Tonbridge Juddians Rugby team who play in National 1. This involves travelling all over the country, along with my husband Peter, who is the Director of Rugby.
