Adriana Porime is Manager at Roselands Residential Home.
I have been working in care for 11 years and the last 9 I have been a Care Home Manager. Before I came in UK I have been a social worker in Romania working with children`s in need for 5 years. I have a bachelor degree in psychology and an equivalent National Vocational Qualification in Care at Level 3.
I joined Eleanor Healthcare Group in July 2018 as a Registered Manager at Roselands Care Home branch.
I consider myself a caring person, very sociable and very active, always with a smile on my face. I love my job and I am not afraid of a good challenge. My vision for Roselands is for it to be the best home it can possibly be, all our residents and staff to be happy, well looked after and enjoy being in here.
Welcome to Roselands Residential Home! We are located in a village near Rye and our residents get a stunning view of the rolling meadows of South Downs. The friendly team and happy residents give our home a warm, family-like environment, where everyone feels safe, happy, and at home.
