Meet The Manager

Romerico Cruz is Deputy Manager at Ryland View Care Home.

I am an internationally trained nurse who holds nursing licenses/registrations in the Philippines, US and in the UK.

As a Filipino working in care for 10 years here in the UK, I take pride and have always endeavoured to work in deference to the caring Filipino culture of filial piety and profound respectful behaviour towards the elderly where it is able to give them the care they deserve.

I am grateful and feel blessed to be working alongside like-hearted individuals and families who strives to ensure that we can provide dignified, person-centred and supportive environment for our elders. An environment where our residents can feel the sense of belongingness and where they can look forward to the days ahead with love and support.
