Café

The ‘Redwood Café’ at Brentwood Arches is beautifully panelled with wood and is a favourite with residents and families. Offering a coffee machine, a variety of teas as well as a ‘rehydration station’ serving water and juices, visitors can also choose from a range of cakes, biscuits, fruit and other treats, all of which are complimentary.

Lounge

Brentwood Arches features a number of beautifully designed lounges, each with a unique theme in which residents can find the perfect place to relax and socialise. Our lounges are also a great place for our visiting friends or families who love to catch up and perhaps enjoy playing a hand of cards

Lobby

The atrium at Brentwood Arches features a frozen beech tree that is a key focal point of the home. There is a real sense of community and a wonderful atmosphere that all visitors comment about. Adjacent to the lobby area there is a café where visitors can have a filtered coffee, an alcoholic beverage, and light snacks.

Garden

Brentwood Arches has a beautifully structured garden with many highlighting features. From the stunning stainless-steel water feature to the underground spring with a bridge linking to the summer house. Our garden is always used by the residents whenever the weather is warm. Many activities and events take place outdoors from flower arrangements and garden games to BBQ and exercise groups.

Spa

With our on-site exclusive spa, residents can arrange lovely treatments such as massages, pedicures and manicures. Brentwood Arches also has a lavish hair salon which is regularly used by our residents.

Activity Room

At Brentwood Arches the activities room bursts with colourful craft projects made by the activities team and residents. The activities room is used for cooking, crafts, baking, flower arranging, news discussions and other activities, and is very popular amongst our residents.

Restaurant

The restaurant is a focal point at Brentwood Arches as the residents enjoy gathering together for their meal. The interior of the restaurant is very sophisticated with its delicate colours and natural lighting.

Bistro

Our bistro is always busy as all our residents love gathering together to have their meals or a simple snack. The bistro interior is a retro red and is a perfect place for a more informal meal and to enjoy each other’s company.

Private Dining

Our private dining is a chic, stylish room with natural lighting which makes it perfect for birthday celebrations and other special occasions. Visitors enjoy the top quality dining experience offered by our kitchen and service teams.

Cinema

Immerse yourself in the big screen with Brentwood Arches cinema. With our large screen, surround system and snug sofas, you can indulge in a journey that makes you laugh louder, jump higher and feel deeper.

Library

Our library is filled with new and old books, many of which are kindly donated by our own residents and visitors. We have a wide range of classics, biographies, novels, local history and many more which our residents love read whilst drinking their cup of tea.

Studio Apartments

Our studio apartments are open plan, featuring a bedroom area, living area and en-suite wetroom. Most of our studios offer a kitchenette and balcony or patio access is available in many cases. All studio apartments are light and airy and offer a private telephone line as well as mobility and safety features.

One-Bed Apartments

With a separate bedroom, our one-bedroom apartments offer a great deal of flexibility and are perfect for longer stays. In most of our apartments, a kitchenette is available in the living area and every one features an en-suite wetroom. Balcony or patio access is available in many apartments and all apartments offer a private telephone line as well as mobility and safety features.

One-Bed Deluxe Apartments

One-Bedroom deluxe apartments offer all of the features of our one-bedroom apartments, including a separate living room and bedroom, an en-suite wetroom and private telephone line. With a more spacious layout, deluxe apartments are perfect for couples or individuals who require more space for furniture and belongings. With a separate bedroom, our one-bedroom apartments offer a great deal of flexibility and are perfect for longer stays.

With extensive weekly activity calendars, there is always plenty to choose from, whatever a resident’s mobility level. Activities inside our homes include ballroom dancing, board games, guest musicians and speakers and of course our ever-popular bridge tournaments. We also organise regular outings, from theatre and cinema trips to nature walks, shopping trips and church services. Many of our homes also have gardening areas and potting sheds, where green-fingered residents can tend their own plot.

Stimulating activities such as crossword challenges, quiz nights and foreign language classes offer a great range of options for mental wellbeing.
