Our experienced and dedicated team are passionate about delivering exceptional care to our residents and their loved ones. We have created something special at South Haven, to create a space where people can thrive with personalised, dedicated care and support.
As well as providing excellent professional care, our entire team are dedicated to fostering a sense of home and of belonging.
South Haven Lodge care home, in Woolston, Southampton, is a bright welcoming place, with the capacity to care for up to 45 older residents who require residential, nursing care or who are living with dementia. The interior of the home feels homely, offers three living areas, open plan dining room, and the lovely gardens provide the perfect space for you to relax in.
Our team of carers and nurses are committed to providing excellent care, understanding you’re unique, maintaining your person-centred care plan, encouraging participation in the calendar of activities and events and delivering delicious meals.
