At Sunhill, our compassionate team is the heart of our home. Our staff, led by brilliant nurses and up to 3 team leaders per shift, lead with their kindness, consideration, and passion. Many of our senior team members have been with Sunhill for years, ensuring that the level of care provided to our residents is consistently outstanding. We have achieved retaining such a long-standing staff team through thorough training and support.
Additionally, we actively work to stay informed on the latest advancements in care and support. All rooms are fully appointed and sensitively designed to meet the residents' needs and are also connected to the call bell system to maintain a high level of responsiveness. Each room contains a WC and sink, while over half include a wet room, high/low profile bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cupboard, an easy access chair as well as a small table. Residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms with the addition of their own personal belongings. |
