Meet The Manager

Aleksandra Naslaniec is Manager at Sunhill Court Nursing Home.

I am incredibly passionate about what I do. I love nothing more than bringing life and energy into homes. I joined Kindred Care in 2017 at Warrengate and was promoted to the position of manager of Sunhill Court since 2021. I love that there is an opportunity for growth and career development within this group. I have an amazing team at Sunhill. They are so dedicated and caring and are always willing to try new things. We are one big family and we place a lot of importance on practising empathy, both towards our residents and our team mates. That’s why everyone smiles so much at Sunhill Court!
