Candy Guo is General Manager at Beaconsfield Heights.
I have been working within the care profession in various roles for over 16 years now. My aspirations are to understand the needs of people, so as to deliver truly person centred and high-quality care services.
I started out on my journey in care by being appointed as a Dementia Care Manager for another home in 2017. Since I have had the privilege to serve both Dementia community and Assisted Living community as a care manager in turns. I have been proud to lead and work alongside the amazing care team who have had a genuine passion for care and always put our residents needs at first.
I am delighted to join the team at Beaconsfield as the Deputy Manager. I am excited to being part of the Beaconsfield family and looking forward to working with the team and residents.

Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant.
