Max Rebelo is Manager at SureCare Newcastle and North Tyneside.
Max joined SureCare Newcastle & North Tyneside in September 2020, became Care Coordinator in August 2021, and was promoted to Branch Manager in July 2023. She is passionate about delivering high-quality care, ensuring service users receive tailored support to maximise independence and lead fulfilling lives. Max also fosters a positive, empowering environment for care staff, offering training, guidance, and maintaining an open-door policy to help them excel.
SureCare Newcastle & North Tyneside received a ‘Good’ rating in its first CQC inspection in 2019 and has been recognised as a ‘Top 20 Home Care Provider in North East England’ by homecare.co.uk for six consecutive years, including 2024. This reflects the team’s dedication to excellent care and meeting service users’ needs.
