Meet The Manager

Sarah Carter is Manager at Sutherlands Nursing Home.

"I am an experienced paramedic and operational manager. Having spent many years in the NHS, I am excited to continue my health and social care journey here at Sutherlands. I love leading the team in the care and support of residents to provide high-quality, person-centred care. We have a lovely home and a fantastic team.

My vision is to create a ‘home from home’ environment where residents actively organise events and make decisions about their care.

Our door is always open to visitors who want to experience our family-friendly atmosphere, and I am always happy to speak to anyone looking to start their journey towards residential care."
