Swillbrook House Residential Home is a converted 17th Century former private residence country house in Bartle on the outskirts of Preston. Set in our tranquil 3 acres of grounds with an open and inviting driveway, the grounds are surrounded by an abundance of flowering trees and shrubs providing a pleasant setting all year round. There are uninterrupted views across the countryside and Lancaster Canal.  The service is registered to provide personal care for up to 23 older people. 

Swillbrook House has a variety of spaces for residents to use and enjoy, from quiet aga room for reading and relaxing, to our outdoor spaces where residents can admire the grounds and the sunshine.  We have our main lounge where TV, music, and live performances are enjoyed plus our dining room where not only our daily meals can be served but also our fantastic celebratory party meals are hosted.
